out of curiousity, how the hell do you figure time from the uk to us? for instance, what time would it be in mountain time if it were 02:00 GMT(UK)???

as neuro said, you can google that. but a quick reference
GMT time is "0"
Easter Standard is -5
Pacific -8
you're in the middle of that :) now go figure it out

if it were 2am GMT in the UK than it would be 3pm in the afternoon here on the same day as im currently +13 hours ahead due to daylight savings being on here where I am hence I won the member with the worst timezone award at the end of last year, one of the reasons I havent been able to get online in a long time because of the time difference difficulties
